Recently Eric Schmidt, the former chairman of Google openly backed Ethereum as being one of the best cryptocurrency. The underlying technology seems to have impressed many and the google Ex-CEO is one of those people. He himself is a budding bitcoin and blockchain enthusiast.

Eric has been actively supporting bitcoin since its genesis and he was one of those technocrats who firmly believed in Bitcoin in its initial stages. So this won’t be the first he has been backing a Blockchain platform.

Ethereum has been on a roll with its Dapps platform and hasn’t stopped investing in numerous projects and partnerships even after some setbacks in the crypto market. Right now Ethereum is on a really important development curve. William Shatner joins the list of Supporters

Shatner is a popular figure among the Star Trek TV series fans. Recently he was seen supporting the Ethereum creator Vitalik Buterin. In the beginning, he tweeted a “thumbs up” to the creator. Further, he went on to defend him on twitter by answering a few coders who lashed onto Vitalik Buterin.

It was very unlikely to see an actor/producer suddenly taking interest in cryptocurrency.

Ethereum is still recovering from the drop in its price which went below 200USD. It was struggling to break the 200 USD barrier and finally, Ethereum has shown some growth making it to 221 USD on 7th November 2018. It seems to stable for now and safe from the below 200 USD zone.

Ethereum is expected to soon catch-up with its previous growth making this year a sound year for Ethereum platform, plus all the support to the underlying technology from the technocrats and celebrities is making it one of the most desirable cryptocoin in the market
